Custom Set for High Stakes Cash Game (3 Viewers)

I’m by no means a germaphobe but cleanliness comes to my mind when I think of high usage chips…so I’ll offer an additional point to consider

I hated how my ASMs set got tacky with regular weekly use and aren’t easy to clean. I wouldn’t want clay chips in that situation for simple sanitary reasons. With this much use they would probably look as nasty as casino chips soon. Smother ceramics or plastic chips would pick up less sputz and be easy to clean.

If it were my game I’d absolutely go with ceramics….or Bud Jones chips. Borgata is the only casino I play at where the chips alway look new and don’t skeeve me out.

I ended up going with a cards mold order from Tina, with an incredible design from @JeepologyOffroad ! The host is super excited to get the chips.

My only concern here is that these guys will sell your design to anyone who asks for it. This may be a significant security concern for a high stakes private game that you wouldn't have with ABC or BR Pro.

That said, I have a set of cards mold chips myself, and I cannot complain about the bang for the buck.

I’m having all the chips etched with serial numbers once they arrive.

I think it's only fair that he make a sample set #00001 for everyone.

the faux wiggly edge spot is def something that makes them seem more real and was something that people really improved on in subsequent rounds of card molds designs
Any they actually help when the edge spot alignment is slightly off! That's a great looking set too :D

Ive always thought if you really wanted to make it more clay like do multiple batches of each chip with slight variations on the faux wiggly edge spots.
