Does BR Pro Poker usually answer emails / voicemails? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, I recently ordered samples from br pro poker, as well as 100 chips. I ordered samples and 50/100 chips of each set i like to see how they stack + how they feel in larger numbers. I ordered 5 different chip sets from apache and the last one are tikis from br pro poker. Now i know its from china so I dont expect them for another two weeks (today is the 14th day since ordering). What i am wondering is do they just not reply to emails / voicemails? If they don't its fine, ive heard this website is reputable so im not worried about that, i just would like a tracking number for my shipment lol.

But yeah, has anyone else dealt with this company? If so is there a best way to contact them?

They do answer emails. But during their busy periods they do take a bit of time. It took a little longer than expected to get my sample set to the UK but subsequent emails sent to them were usually answered within a day or 2.
