I think we've got a buyer for the whole set. Really happy it's going to someone that will appreciate 'em. I'll update here if anything changes - thanks for the interest everyone.
@inca911 are you on this shizz? I hope so.
I have fond memories of lighting stacks and racks of these on fire all night long in my worst (by 3x) session loss ever. I'm pretty sure those neon green $20s and $5 spots are actually radioactive - possibly made out of Kryptonite. All meetup hosts should stay away.
(OK, so they are the best set you can buy, by any measure, hands down. That doesn't mean I won't go into convulsions if I walk in and see them on the table...)
I am willing to fall on the sword for keeping these beauties and pulling them out at S@P every year.sounds like the list price was a bargain, if they really have this effect on Ben.
I heard the S@P participants went in on a group buy
insta-banIs there enough recess depth on the $20 and $100 chips to relabel them? If not, how easily do you think the inlays could be removed?
Just kidding! GLWS (y)

I'm debating a Dunes Tourney set, but not a Dunes Cash set. The Vineyards are my cash game go-to chips, lots of denominations = lots of options!
yeah, that's how it started for me. Keep rationalizingA Dunes Tournament set 5/25/100/500 can be had for a reasonable amount from Spinetti's. Once you go above the 500, it's gonna hurt.

It's a known PCFer. They will make themselves known shortly.
prop bet?
You'll never guess it. Even the Northeasr crew that is closer to me and this set can't figure it out.
