Empress was the first casino I visited when I turned 21, is my forever set, and is the reason [cause] of my poker chip love. Luckily, I entered the hobby when these were still in the wild, but unfortunately, I joined AFTER the TCR sale of them. Been a long road getting here, picking up racks here and there,

I’m sort of in the club, well, I don’t care if I am or not. I love what I was able to put together. I’m proud of this set.

Can also run it with a PCA .50 if needed, for other stakes.

Obviously, my $1s are fake and don’t have lead but I feel the condition of the overall set which is near mint, makes up for the lacking lead. Either way, I’ve used my set a couple times and I LOVE IT! Also the AS Fracs and NYNY $1s have been inlay replaced, a labor of love, with Gear textured laminated labels. They really breathe the Empress life into the set.

I missed my chance at the Aztar fracs because I was too stupid to know how amazing they are. There were a few racks that sold in 2019 but I was too dumb and unaware I’d fall for leaded THC!

Once I got my set together, I decided I needed a brighter frac. I will always keep the quarters, but I’m not fully happy with the PCA primaries.

Last year, I tried to win an auction for PCA secondary but I just couldn’t beat Big Money for the win. His username intimidated me to some degree and after bidding $700, $800, etc etc, I bowed out. Definitely a mistake on my part. I should have had more balls!!

Thinking about this shit retroactively gives me a headache.

Only look forward. Can’t think backwards. This hobby is painful in a rear view. Unless you are Windwalker or some of the smart chippers who don’t sell a dam thing. These chippers have the hobby figured out. They don’t have a rear view.

True, if I didn't need the money I would've kept em', along with my PCA's, Outposts... I could go on. Oh well, I've made my peace
