I assumed Wednesday June 13 but at 9:00 in the eastern time zone
I imagine he wanted it to end at 9:00 and just called it standard by mistake

Put another way, I think he specified the day (Wednesday) the way he wanted and got the number for the time (9:00) correct and the exact date and nomenclature for time zone being daylight savings instead of standard were wrong
