Having never played close attention to a pool like this before, I'm amazed that even with Scottie only making 2 bogeys my guys all conspired against me to bogey hole 5 together.

Also, it's not even about how good your guys play overall, although it certainly helps. My 4 guys combined to be only 2 over par. I'm in 4th place, but two of the guys ahead of me have combined total scores of 11 over and 13 over. This is apparently one damn tough course! But they both spread their birdies out better, and didn't register a best ball bogey like I did.

LMS is just an optional side bet on how well we think we will do in the competition. But if the winner didn't commit to LMS, then it defaults down to the highest person on the leaderboard who did commit.

For settling up LMS, we should probably have a DM with all the competitors. Congrats John!
