Received yesterday.....however there were cards everywhere inside the box. Most card boxes were ripped, kinda takes away from gifting them. Had several of the cards with bends/creases, probably from being tossed around during shipping and stuff. Would recommend wrapping the cards in cling wrap or tossing in a bag before shipping in the future.

Mine just arrived today. Same thing. One box damaged to the point it won't stay closed. Cards are ok, but got to find another storage option now.

I buy board games. Sometimes they arrive like that. People just put stuff in a box and expect it will just sit in there while the post office runs your package thru a washing machine.

We are very sorry to hear about the damaged cards. This is not how we intend to ship items, but sometimes mistakes happen. What you should know about us is that we stand behind our service and products. If there is ever an issue with an item, shipping damage, or loss, contact us directly and we will do everything we can to correct it.
That being said, we will get replacement decks sent out to you today and they are estimated to arrive 12/24 on time for Christmas.

Same as other poster said - unnecessary but thank you. Things happen, and I know you guys are probably busy trying to get stuff out. But it's also important to let you know in case you're using temp help or something with trying to get orders shipped, that some things aren't successfully making it through the shipping process unscathed

It's important for me to let everyone know that they immediately took action when they were apprised of the original issue, and went out of their way to make things not just right, but "better than right". It's very much appreciated, although it wasn't necessary. Thank you again, Spinetti's!

As was mine. @Pony you beat me to it. FedEx delivered mine this afternoon. Well packaged and all safe and sound. @Spinettis Gaming you guys went above and beyond in rectifying the situation. What you all did was completely unnecessary, but thank you. When things don't go as planned, it is customer service like this that shows a company's true commitment to their customer. There will be plenty more business coming from me because of how you handled this. Thank you, and Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays.
