Sorry, I didn't see this until after I posted.

By "doesn't really matter" I'm taking that to mean that we can express interest in more than 2 lots but can only purchase 2 if we are selected. This means there will be at least 3 winners, which also means it's worth expressing interest in more than 2 lots, in case one or more of the lots you want are already gone if you get selected 2nd or 3rd .... right?
