Being my last guess was based on the 4 years clue do I get one more? :)
 
I think Courage scored a rack of these (but I've been wrong all day long).
 
I've got 1 more guess if anyone wants to send me a PM. Then I'm going to bed.

The $25 chip prior to this find was listed as UNIQUE in the 4th Edition of the Official US Casino Chip Price Guide, That means only 1 was known to be in existence prior to the guides printing.
