Finally got around to making a new table. Had one for years that I used, but somehow I let someone borrow it and it never made it home. So...
I wanted a shape that wasn't quite so straight, or round. CasaVerde is what we call our game/room/location so that's what we've named it. Along with a new set of chips from Justin at Broken Arrow Poker Supply, we are ready to go. Foam and vinyl came from YAT as suggested by this site, and the printed felt came from CasinoSupply.com in Dallas. I recommend all of those vendors. The table measures 42" x 90" and seats 10 if we had to - we normally play with 7 or 8. I hate full tables.

Really nice. I like the unique table shape. CNC cut?
I used my trusty jigsaw & router. More than once during building, I commented to myself that I should have it CNC cut - would make things so much easier/quicker. If/when I make another, I'll definitely get it cut on a cnc table.

Great shape and the vinyl work looks very clean.

How did you find wrapping the corners? Can’t see a single wrinkle in your rail!
There's no wrinkles. I'm patting myself on the back again,. The outside corners were almost a pain in the arse, but I used a heat gun and that was the game changer. Watched a couple videos and that made things pretty easy. Now that it's done, it would be much, much easier to do another. Figuring out how the vinyl reacts to the corners and heat gun took a bit - not sure it could be done without the heat. I'd also suggest a pneumatic staple gun - that $34 at HF was totally worth it.
