Liking your latest design a lot better than the original because there are less overlapping images.

A suggestion would be to move the stars out from behind the flamingo, and move poker room to where the word denominations are located if you need more space.

The stars moving was very likely when I start moving through AI on a finished design. Thank you for the input, especially on shifting some things around. Going to play with the space a bit and see where it goes

Just found this- glad you made the change. The first design had too much non-value ink (repeated and flipped logo, the boomerangs).

Concur with @SteveEH, I think you can better use the stars to give some pop.

And poker room lacks the proper oomph it deserves- it feels like an afterthought you didn’t know how to deal with.

Curious how the denom shadow will turn out. And there’s something funky with the shadow on the one- looks like there are some white artifacts?

Looking forward to the next iteration.

Agreed to all of this honestly, I am considering doing away with the denom shadow as I play with fonts/sizing and I'm not sure what would possibly work in place of the poker room. It feels unfinished with just Flamingo

Unintended...haha..it's also partly why I think moving them away from the flamingo is a good note. Going to play around with that, hopefully hit on a final proof and then start in on my finished concept in proper design software.

More tweaks and a new name that isn't some variation of poker or card and I like it a bunch more. The color of the starbursts and inlay border is wrong for the denom, but this is mainly quick and dirty to see the concept. Feedback always appreciated!

Might I suggest another star, elsewhere on the chip. Kinda looks like it’s pooping magic stars.

But it’s really something else. I feel like the volume of bright white is off. Maybe it’s the 25 font size or the horizontal name with white above it. Really not sure, but you are definitely on the right path.

So I know how people feel about the 10 chip,but it was one of the two best executions of the idea so far until I start messing around in procreate, but I have tweaked some font sizes, color saturations and added a border mimicking one of the chip's stripes around the edge of the inlay...View attachment 1089913

The only thing I am struggling with mightily up to this point is finding out how to make the inlays like the ones for the Stardust and El San Juan below....

That's so cool! Still struggling with the faux inlay concept as a whole (fairly obvious since there are none on any of these concepts I am posting..haha) but I am going to keep trying!

Feeling close now.....leaving the tickling letter because well....they tickle me! Tried filling in the dead space with some mid-century type shapes to tie in my original design from what feels like forever ago. The square pattern behind each denom may mirror chip striping or dotting when I get there. Also made The Fabulous and Lounge bigger to fill in more negative space up top. No filter or inlay ring added this time (though they are pretty solidly in mind for the final design), keeping it easy peasy for now.
