If chips are 9 grams each there would be approximatly 49.777 chips per pound times 65 lbs would be 3,235 chips give or take.
Thanks for the opportunityI believe that is 100 guesses.
I'm cutting off entries now.
The chips are scheduled to arrive some time next week I will keep everyone posted on when they show and what the final count will be.
More than the price of the chips.
So now that entries are closed,shucks...
I gotta say I'm rooting for @Denali , as my guess would have been the same as his (well, it would have been 3932, because he already picked the correct number of 3931.
Can't thank you enough for all your effort on these Tony! Beers are on me when we pass through next fall.Only after some strategic negotiation for the price of the chips
If I had known you were going to do this giveaway I would have counted the chips myself before shipping them, just so that I could know the answer and be the first to know the winner even before AK.
minus the weight of the other plastic chipsSo now that entries are closed,
I believe the chips are 8.5g.
So the winning numbers should be between 3200 and 3700.
True, but I think it won't be significant.minus the weight of the other plastic chips
True, but I think it won't be significant.
They look like those cheap 2gm plastic chips and cant see too many of them in the pic.
They are referring to the random cheap Hoyle type plastic chips scattered around in the tub. From the information I have found the main chips were produce by Langworthy weighing in the 7-8.5 grams range. Are there really 2g chips? Those look like those Sopranos chips, they have to be at least 5g I think.
