If it weren't for the Confluence of events that included; finding carpenter ants in my garage, spending $1k on a golf trip last weekend, and spending another $1k on Halloween decorations two weekends ago, plus having a 6 day out of town wedding in South Carolina on the horizon, I'd be able to afford these.

Such a bummer, my chairs definitely need upgrading too!
