[Gathering Interest] Cigar Box Pass (12 Viewers)

Are the sticks in a tupperware with boveda packs inside the envelope and box?
They’re in a boveda bag with a small pack. With 12 sticks I didn’t think it made sense yet to add a tupperdor (sticks would move around a lot?) but we can definitely head that route. What do others think?

Eh, we know it wont be perfect; they will heat up either way while shipping, we know that. Think this is alright.

Yea as long as they’re packed well with some humidification they’ll be good. I just know that as it grows in size we might want to upgrade.

Made my selections.

Should I leave the rest a secret? I gotta go shopping tomorrow and hope I can convince the wife to mail the box out while I’m out of town.
Great pulls! Why don’t you go ahead and the photo/list of the rest but you can keep your put secret for the next guy to reveal

For those that don’t know. That LGC is a Medaille D’or No.4. It’s a Netherlands exclusive I bought a box of back in 2019 and they are my favorite CC. Smooth, sweet, some slight hay.

La Nox speaks for itself. I think this is one of the the best LFD, second only to the bull.

La Palina is a small bit old brand originally from Chicago that has a few sticks I really like. The Mr Sam (named after the founder, IIRC) has always treated me well.

Y’all see that the sticks definitely vary in price/style a bit. Hopefully there’s something in there for everyone + it’ll evolve a lot with what everyone else puts in. I will say a couple sticks that you can find closer to $10/$11 sneaked in but there’s also at least one stick that MSRPs around $30 so it’s a mix.

Here is the full list:

Woah! Alright Im a newbie but Ive got some good ones to share. Apologies if I accidently take the $30, would only be by accident lol. Excited for this!
Depending how crazy CC prices have gotten (I desperately try not to notice) those are probably up there but the Anastasia Igor is $30 a pop

Tracking says it'll be here by 9, but it was in Jacksonville at midnight. We'll see! I shall be vigilant.

My pulls! Two amazing looking cigars, very excited to try them. Wanted to take the Guardian of the Farm but thats already one of my favorites, I want someone else to enjoy that one. Go Dawgs!

Two very solid picks. I think the MF blends really really shine in the Lancero format (why I included two in here) and if you’ve not had Plasencia you’re in for a treat. Solid solid stick.

Very excited! Trying to branch out; loved robustos mostly but I think thats just the beginner thoughts of wanting more. Looking to enjoy something slower.

I’ve slowly come back around tomorrow toros as my go to but for a long while lanceros were really the perfect spot for me.

You get a really wonderful condensed exposure to the flavor profile of the wrapper, you have to smoke very slowly and intentionally, there’s a delicateness. I love em

I never liked a robusto, I smoke too fast

I agree. I was hooked on big 6 x 60's but now I'm more comfortable in the 46 - 50 range. The wrapper is the star anyway so why not get a better percentage of it in the stick.

Any chance I can still get in on this? And uhhh... anyone willing to vouch?
