I'm getting married (again) next year as well . Luckily my girl has not 'suggested' selling any of my chips (yet). In fact she bought me 2 racks of Joker's Wild quarters for my birthday last year. (Yea, she's a keeper) She knits and has more yarn in different colors than I have poker chips so it works out.

Usually she'll show me a project she is working on and I go, yea, those colors look great, just like this chip...
