5th time this year. My mate’s a member there and he’s just bought a house up there and it’s only a 50 minute drive away. What’s not to like?

Playing the King’s Thursday then the Queen’s on Friday. Then back home for poker on Friday night. It’s a hard life :ROFL: :ROFLMAO:
 
If you guy’s genuinely want to do a meet up the best time May as you usually get the best weather then.

Can base ourselves in Glasgow and play some great courses all within a couple of hours drive.

Can do a couple of days on the east coast around St Andrews area and Gullane then go down the west to the Ayrshire coast.

I just received these hybrids all the way from the UK. I have been using 3-8 hybrids for years now. Hybrids are so much easier to hit and about 10-15 yards longer than my irons. my first iron in the bag is a 9 iron, which I consider a wedge. I don’t know why it took so long for someone to develop a full set of these. Historically, it was very difficult to find 6-8 hybrids with regular or stiff shafts. Eleven has solved this issue. KBS shafts too! These are awesome!

I just picked up the 7 and 8 to replace my big bertha 7 and 8 hybrids. Very nice feel to them. The KBS shafts are awesome.

Those look great. I much prefer hybrids.

I use a full set of hybrids all the way from the USA!!

Cleveland launcher HB Turbos. They look weird but I hit them so much better than irons.
 
So...last week Friday, 2 of my buddies challenged me to beat them in a 2-man scramble, but they said I could only use 4 clubs and a putter. I chose my hybrid, 7-iron, GW, and LW. I shot 76 and beat them handsomely. On Monday, I went out for a quick 9 at lunch and shot 37 at a different course. Last night, 36 with my weekly group. Have another 9 scheduled this afternoon and we'll see how it goes.

It's been a really fun exercise in creativity and it's hard to argue with the results. I'm 2 weeks and a day from playing Pebble Beach, truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. Surely I can't roll up to the bag drop with this bag setup.......can I?

Nice! Enjoy Pebble Beach. Have you been before? There are cameras that are on the practice greens that run regularly. You can send the link to your friends for them to watch you. They are also in other places around the course. Buddy of mine went to play and I got to watch him. It’s pretty cool.
