I'll take 2 setups if it's Piatnik or Kuo Kau. (not interested in Fournier Poker since I have Bicycle Prestige). This is as long as there's a US distribution option that's not stupid expensive.
 
Hey everyone. Thanks for your interest so far! It is appreciated. It looks as if we would be over-stretching to employ Piatnik as a manufacturer right now, based purely on their gigantic MOQ and the amount of cash required to place an order, and while prices are broadly similar per unit between Piatnik and Kuo Kau, Fournier came through with a high cost per unit which would necessitate a price hike on what was originally offered, therefore, I have made the executive decision to switch to Kuo Kau as the printer for this deck, specifically using PVC Marion Pro stock & finish (an extra cost in the production process but one I feel is worth it based on reviews of that particular deck).

I would like to keep the GB running for just a while longer, based on the above, and see who else might be interested in coming on board, of it anyone wants to change their order etc. and then I will get to opening the pre-order feature on my site and putting the order through to get these made.

POSTAGE ESTIMATES

Based on checking the Royal Mail website just now, who we use for all but the largest of parcels we send out, a guide to postage/shipping prices from the UK would be approximately as follows:

UK: Peanuts! Even larger parcels go tracked for just a few pounds. You only start paying more for really big/valuable parcels (if only international postage was like this!)

Europe:

1 to 4x setups:
tracked: 13EURO

10x setups:
tracked: 16EURO

USA & ROW:

1x setup
tracked: 18USD

2x setups
tracked: 21USD

4x setups
tracked: 26USD

10x setups:
tracked: 40 to 50USD depending on exact weight (I will explore alternative options like DHL & FedEx to see if we can get any better prices for these larger parcels)

I might be able to bash the calculator and work some magic nearer the time but this is ballpark what we are looking at for postage costs from the UK. UK & Europe prices are very reasonable, USA & ROW start to go up - perhaps pooling orders State-side is a good idea as much as people are comfortable with it or live in the same State etc.

I am also still looking into State-side fulfilment solutions (not just for this project but for others we are running) so if anything does change on that front I will let you all know, but right now we are working off the above as an approximate guide.

After a bit of back and forth with Kuo Kau, I will be including a plastic cut-card in each setup. A welcome addition I feel! I will also be taking pre-orders in GBP which means prices go down very slightly from 19USD to about 18.50USD per setup. Plan on opening up soon! Cheers :)
