KTs in position vs two straigthforward/recreative players a call preflop is fine. 3 betting in some cases is fine too. The Qd in the turn gives gives a lot of our opponents holdings a single pair, gutshots+overcards, OESD, and other flush draws. So by not betting here we loose a lot of value. A small value bet here is mandatory.
