Heading back to North Carolina (4 Viewers)

I’m sure the pricing will be solid on both but a decent bit less for the non leaded ones. I’m hoping to score leaded tourney or cash and then have the 43mms to be playable on 2 tables.

I’m just happy he sorted. I wouldn’t be surprised if you don’t get to pick which set, but the set will match at least.

Do you have any data to back this up? Ive had no issues with PayPal speed and have had success with several TCR sales. Sure it isn't just an issue with your config?

When I used a US address I also had no issues, ai just made sure to pre-set that address as the default.

Just my observations over the last two sales. Would add what I wanted to my cart in a few seconds, get to checkout and it would just sit there and buffer for 10-20 seconds, adjust address, and then buffer for another 20 seconds and then see that the items were sold out.

For full sets that's usually enough time so far, but for the less quantity items it's too slow.

Maybe I've just been unlucky with PayPal buffering too long. Usually use a high spec'd PC with a 500mbs wired Connection so I can't imagine that's my problem. I've also been unsuccessful at changing to a default American address? From what I understood, you can't have a US address by default with a Canadian PayPal account. Spent a few hours trying to switch it without success. I have it saved so I can swap right away at checkout, but not prior to that.

I think that's the problem. You adjusted your address. That takes precious and valuable seconds.

Pre-set the address FTW.


That's what I do. Couple minutes before I sign in to PayPal, make sure the correct mailing address is in there, and then set it to default. I make sure the correct payment method is in there, and set that to default.
When the chips are released, click, click, checkout. I don't even look at the payment and shipping.

(Gets elbowed in the ribs by everyone on PCF)

Always double check your address and payment method while checking out on PayPal, especially while buying chips from TCR. Yeah. it's important to double check. Also go back and make sure you added the correct amount of chips in to your cart.

Must be missing something. It always defaults me to my Canadian address every time, even if I go in and adjust it to American and go back to add items. I can adjust my default Canadian address, but can't add my PO box as a default option unless I have a US PayPal account which requires a US home address and bank account.

Maybe I just have to bite the international shipping costs for the next competitive one I go for to save precious buffer time.

There is a way to do it, it's just a PITA, and I totally forget where (also I think they move it around).

Also think it may be sample size. Most people blank on most TCR sales, doesn't matter where you are.
