This is a very interesting game theory question, (if you want one of these sets from the auction) when is the optimal time to bid?
On the one hand, because we don’t know how many there will be, there should be more competition on the earlier auctions.
But, given that others know this, some will bid higher in later auctions.
But given that other know that, some could big higher in the earlier auctions.
Ad naseum, until Nash equilibrium.

I would think later because when it comes to first time on the market chips PCF members are known to be patient and play the long game
