$2.50 chips are usually referred to as snappers. At the bottom of this post is a pic of the original chip.
@Gear is a member of this forum that does amazing work designing and printing replacement labels for chips. I believe the one in the original picture in one of his unlaminated labels that has been applied straight over the original inlay.
If you really want that chip you could try a wtb ad, there might be some labelled ones floating around. Alternatively you could buy a rack of any chip you like and feel would fit as a $0.25 chip and have gear print you some new labels.
