Grilled hanger steak. Outside grill, outdoor temps are rising.

Couple of Father’s Day tomahawks. Smaller one going in the sous vide, simple salt and pepper, as a control, just to make sure at least one comes out perfect. Bigger one is gonna get reverse seared with more of a BBQ steak type seasoning with a chunk of hickory on the coals. Both will be finished via cold grate technique.

I was really on the fence about eating here when I was in Vegas recently, as I've heard so many mixed things about it. Glad you had such a great experience there though — your food looks incredible.
