I may now have peaked when it comes to steaks. This was by far the best tasting steak I've ever cooked. Or eaten, for that matter! Good quality ribeye that I dry-brined and then direct grilling (too thin for any fancy reverse searing etc). Just added pepper.
Juicy, tender and delicious! Just like a Swedish lady!
Even though I prefer it a bit more red, I couldn't have asked for a better tasting steak!

For the weekend
Got some Costco Prime NY on deck for the in-laws tonight. Easy to impress when you use high quality meat.
Turned out great! Anyone have some grill cleaner recommendations (taking about for the stainless steel not the grates)?
