$10?Ten bucks apiece seems high for those chips, but with the crazy spot pattern, who knows?
LOL, I think I will keep mine.Lol at 20 bucks per chip . Of course if I sold the barrel I bought that would almost pay for my set

It really is a flipping gorgeous chip, too

Yup, but it's kind of a damn streetcrime that you can't see more of the darker purple base color. I wonder if you could, if they used a standard inlay.
I've been very surprised at how gunked up those $500s have been. I dint really expect that kind of grime on that denom, but Horseshoe must have sustained a high level of action at the tables. At least he cleaned most of the boogers off, even if he hasn't figured out how to use a scrub brush. That should be worth something.
Me too considering that I rarely saw them in play. In some cases they're giving the $1s a run for their money, no pun intended. I've got them in stacks on my table waiting their turn and some can be picked up 2 and 3 at a time and they are stuck together. They definitely have more than the $25s. One of life's great mysteries I guess.I've been very surprised at how gunked up those $500s have been. I bought enough secondaries for a 2 table tourney set... and I don't play tournaments LOL
-edit-
I blame you people.

20 seems a bit high lol. Although when I think about it, it's not unusual for nice $500 casino chips to go for 10-14. Grand Victoria Secondaries is the most recent that comes to mind.
Blame the marketplace, not the seller. Everything is worth just exactly what someone is willing to pay for it.
Premature at best. Ask again when Josh and Jim have both sold their full stocks. How do you guys feel about all the flipping going on with the Cleveland Horseshoe chips? Just wondering. I feel like it is a little criminal when long time folks here didn't get all the chips they wanted.
