All the $2s are in similar condition which I would say is perfectly (my opinion) slightly used. They are in my sweet spot as far as condition goes.

Are they in similar condition as the $2.50s Todd? They pink snappers seem to have slightly shaper edges based on their pics... At least to my eyes...

There's a 200 chip limit of those Bill... And I'm interested on the Pink snappers not on the $2 chip... I'm almost sure you're talking about the $2s, right?

yes, the two's. I know there is a limit. If you wanted the two's I'd try to help lol.

only wish is for $25 prim to be made avail individually as its a very widely used chip.

I was looking at a cash set of 300 $1s 600 $5s 80 $25s and 20 $100s, but now im trying to figure out how i will do it

this is me in a nutshell also.

One might risk there being other sales(which was alluded) though that is a bit of a risk.

@The Chip Exchange

Making another suggestion as I believe many of us think the same way. Poker chip collectors generally like to keep full racks of a single denom. It just makes things neater. Your breakdowns make this somewhat difficult. Any chance you will expand availability of especially primary $25 and $100 so that our OCD doesn't drive us insane? I think this will also help you clear these out faster.

Your breakdowns are nice but a lot of collectors like to customize their own breakdown.

Awesome, thanks for posting! Two questions. First, are there any plans to offer a 100 chip heads up set, like 60x$25, 20x$100, 20x$500, or 60x$5, 20x$25, 20x$100? Personally I'd love to acquire a 100 chip secondary set I can keep in a clear display box and cart with me. Second, any quantity limits on the sample sets?

Let me see if I can put something together for a 100 piece set. I know it will make it a little more affordable. No promises, but I will try.

No, the $2s are in better condition in my opinion. The condition is pretty consistent.
The $2.50s are less consistent in condition with some having flea bites and some being slightly used.

@The Chip Exchange -

Thank you for making the time/money expenditures necessary to bring these chips to market, so that the chipping community at large can enjoy them (vs the chips being needlessly destroyed). I think that selling pre-configured sets is a great idea, as is your pricing strategy. Hopefully you can also accommodate reasonable requests for custom configurations, provided they fit in with your distribution vision.

Well done, sir..... just as I expected. (y) :thumbsup:

Roughly how many chips are available? >100k? >200k? >300k? Sorry if this is a repeat question.

Based off the information we've seen so far, I'm guessing he only has a few thousand chips at most for the denoms above $5.

Observation: Taking this at face value and considering the absolutely filthy nature of the $500 Cleveland chips I think we have a better understanding of the financial demographics of the two cities.

Or the cleanliness.

You can find all the Ohio casino financials here if you want to try using it to predict Cincinnati vs. Cleveland chip counts.

tldr: similar number of tables, Cleveland table revenue was much higher.

Or you can ask the guy who bought the entire lot right?

i'd love to buy 200 * $2.50 pink snappers and relabel as 25c, 200 * $1, and 100 * $5 - perfect cash set for us. i love the 2-spot theme. i would definitely need a different fake inlay shape to clearly tell the snappers from the $5, though. (and the brown on the 5 spot is annoying similar to the base red color).

There are some of us with full rack anxiety syndrome...

Hi, my name is dew, and I have a problem.

Believe it or not I am one of those full rack OCD nuts as well! :/. I'm working through the disorder myself with this set. :)

Right now I'm trying to keep a ratio that allows for the chips to sell in equal ratios so I'm not left with allot of one particlar chip and out of another. Hoping that people can trade or work deals on their own to get the breakdown they prefer. I want to please and accommodate everyone, I really do, but... :(

Depending on what inventory is left after this sale I will reevaluate for future sales.

That's tough when you can't control the demand for each set :)

But I'm definitely going to screw you up on the lower denoms. Not only am I rack full guy but I'm also a business continuity guy. So that means if I'm buying a rack I must obtain at least five extras just in case something happens when idiots known as my friends and family use the chips for their intended purposes. So when you see orders for 105 or 205 you know where that madness is from.

Very good observation. I came to the same conclusion myself based upon quantity discrepancies compared to Cleveland, especially on the higher denomination chips. Cleveland must of had some pretty high rollers compared to Cincinnati. I don't remember exactly what Jim posted for the final numbers of Cleveland but I do remember seeing them and thinking, HOLY CRAP, there's way more high denominations

It might be a little bit of a inconvenience for me but I'm very happy that I can get you what you want :)
