I didn’t realize the secondary $1 were off-white, and I contemplated for a long time if it would bother me. I finally bought them, and they really look beautiful. They only look off-white when you put them next to a bright white chip. Otherwise, they just look damn cool....LOVE the plum colored spots over the brown of the primary

Yeah, the plum edge spot is what did it for me. Love them in combo with the secondary $5s.

Here is my lineup now. Will be converting the secondary $100s to fracs.

lol.... haven't totally decided. I labeled over the snappers originally and was pretty happy, but been reading a lot of posts saying that murder is the way to go. Gear said he's backed up on orders and I'm in the queue so I have some time to decide. Murder will look cleaner but takes away future options of reselling them as $100s.

Tough decision.

Yeah, I wasn't sure about it at first. But we tested out the HSI cash set last Friday with a small subset of our regular group. When I showed them the secondary $100s they all loved them and said they would be awesome to play with as the frac. They called them the "camo" chip.

It is a tough decision.

I know how you feel. Try them with the label, and if the chip works for you and you will keep the set, you won't have a problem. The feel and sound are vastly different too, IMHO. If you feel you will keep the set, murder them man!

I did $500S as fracs. Did overlabel. I am kind of wanting to murder them. But want to get them in play. Need to see them in stacks and pots. Hard to murder expensive chips.

It's true it's maybe harder to sell later, but if they turn out nice, you can probably still sell them for break even or only the slightest loss. Someone will likely be willing to relabel also and pay you for the nice base colors and spots.

Not needed. You can clearly see the label covers the entire recess area. Full inlay replacement labels will only go to the inner edge of the recess.

Id almost argue its more pistachio than avocado. Like a chocolate and pistachio gelato of sorts

I think it will make a great frac. Honestly, to me it's a damn WEIRD looking hundo. I thought the same when I first saw this set. But wasn't sure I could get enough of them.

Thanks to @TheChipRoom @Gear and some ideas from @BearMetal my HSI tournament set is almost complete!
Just have to clean up some of the used chips and label the rest. I'll post more pictures when finished.

I really like how these came out. Furthermore, you braved the trail and replaced that snapper oversized inlay. The result was really nice!
