True about the tray. However, if you want a chip tray, that looks like a nice one. Ive seen a couple professional trays like that go for a few hundred on their own
I like it for $75, according to Budget, to rent a 12-16' truck from LV to ann arbor MI is $881.50 (plus gas and a shit load of time), so if you could get several and sell them for $800 each = PROFIT.
If it's in good condition and you could freight for $500, it's a good buy - much better than you could get on a new table for $575. Without being able to inspect in person, I wouldn't bother, though.
