Yeah, when I scraped that pink crap off with a knife, I scored the chip badly. Does your tool mark the actual clay?@drbalance could you give us a better “after” shot? Awesome work!
I did, the thumbnail is pretty low def…Click on thumb nail …. This was the first chip I did …. I did all the edge spots except the one at two o’clock … and I thought I should video this and I took a before and after photo
Pic Above is high res hi qualityBefore and after photos ( 2 o’clock edge spot)View attachment 947992
this pic is low res low quality. any chance of getting this pic in the same quality as the above as its out of focus a little.
much appreciated. in the first pic, the amount of cross-hatching on the face on the chip is quite evident. so people like myself are curious to see if there is any noticeable visual reduction in the amount of cross-hatching after they have been cavitronised!I’ll clean some more chips and take new pictures tomarrow and I’ll get the resolution better … I am getting better at cleaning the chips and hopefully better photography as well
NOT MINEAnd cavitron’s just sold out worldwide…
thanks again for sharing.
I don't know what that is, but I'd bet good money that it's not color transfer.thanks again for sharing.
the next question is how long until the colour transfer happens again? Do I need to get them cleaned as often as I go to the dentist?
