Inapinch's Journey to Southern Mississippi (1 Viewer)

After seeing the “Year of the Dragon” chip release, I decided to fly to Biloxi this past week and get a few of the $25s. I only grabbed four. Wish I would’ve grabbed more now. While there, I was able to get a few $5s in the poker room, gosh those things are difficult to harvest. I still need moar, but I’m getting closer to a playable set. Thanks again for the $1s @Terrys394

Also, I really love the Horseshoe frac in this lineup. I think I’m going to overlabel them as Beau Rivage. The edge spots seem perfect!

What a great mail day!! I got three more Goldshore $1s! I need 12 more and I’ll have a complete rack!! Thank you @Spinettis Gaming and @Okku

And, from another friend, I also received a couple Treasure Bay quarters and $5s, as well as a few of the Jubilee $25s!! I think I have enough of the TB $5s to get the set into play! It’s a fantastic day

Updates!
I was able to collect a few additions in the last two months.

The front row is the additions. Back row is what I’ve collected last few years. I can’t wait to get these sets into play, although I have no clue how to do a frac for the Beau since it’s house mold.

My favorite is the GoldShore!

well gent's i live here on the coast, so if you need something just let me know. Don't get me wrong, would love for you to come in town and meet up, but i can save you the airfare from time to time if ya want. Also, if you should so happen to want to get rid of anything Gulfport, Biloxi, Bay St Louis, Waveland, Lakeshore, MS items, please let me know. Just starting to collect and want to start with local history. GREAT LOOKING SETS.

@Broski welcome to the forum my friend!! I’m so excited to hear about another MS collector joining the fun! I have a few racks of random singles that I’m getting rid of soon, I’ll be sure to tag you in the thread when that happens.

And, last, but not least, one $1 from a close friend and a $25 from GoldShore. This has become my all-time favorite MS Chip. Love everything about it. Putting this small set into play with four buddies.

Nothing much to report these last few months.

But, as I was folding clothes this evening, I noticed an awesome color combo that stuck out to me in a pile of clothes.

As I looked at my kiddo’s shirt and its wide range of colors, I thought to myself, “gosh, arc and green go so well together.” Then the connection hit me!

I wish more Mississippi chips from the 90s and 2000s had arc in their lineup.

I’ve decided to rotate these three sets for my small group of poker buds. We play 2-3x/year and only play $20 cash games.

My goal for 2025 will be to finalize a few barrels of fracs for each set, so we can begin playing them. Looking forward to the hunt!
