I just started hosting regular poker tournaments in the past couple of months, and I was searching for a simple way to invite my potential players without making them jump through hoops to accept or decline. I stumbled on Partiful, and it has worked out fairly well so far. It is probably geared more toward a Gen Z audience (which I am definitely not), but it has quite a few nice features that I like. It lets you limit the number of people who can attend (and puts any extras on a "Waitlist"), has easy access/interactions through text messaging, and sends automatic reminders leading up to the event (although you currently can't change their defaults).
What is everyone using to get the word out about their upcoming tournaments? I'm still open to any ideas that are out there.
