I got plenty of GOs in my 25s - certainly more than 1 a barrel. The GO count in the 5s were more inline with 1/barrel. Not complaining

I see some cleaning and A LOT of oiling in my future. Can someone post before and after pics if they finish oiling these babies before me? I’m going to hit the 5s and 25 primaries myself.

I have not cleaned casino used chips since the Empress sale and I swore I wouldn’t do it again. I guess it is true what they say about pain, our mind dulls the pain so we do it again lol!

There are definitely articles in here but the short of it.
Soak in warm water, rub with magic eraser, put in bowl of cool water, then air dry on a towel.

Faster and less wear on the magic eraser if you grab 6-7 chips at a time when doing the edges.

Really hot water will permanently fade red chips.

I always thought use really hot water so they will clean easier that makes sense I cleaned 10 of my Jack Cinci $1s and seemed as if I might have scrubbed too hard and made flea bites even bigger or I am using too hard of a bristled brush the bristles are pretty tough on my brush

My chips arrived today. Always nice when they Come in chip boxes!

40 of the 150 $1’s I received are practically brand new. Not sure if this is a good thing or bad as I may want to get more in similar condition now.

The $5’s are in much better condition than I was expecting overall.

All of the $5's have been surprisingly awesome. The $25s seem to have more usage. That casino must have had a clientele that had a decent amount of money

did u buy cleaned? i already own 150 of the 5s some are pretty used some are good condition. but i didnt buy them directly from jim

My 5's and 500's are great. My 100's are pretty good and my $25's have definitely seen some use.

Is everyone else seeing similar results?

The $25’s are a lot more used than the $5’s which definitely surprised me. I may get the secondary $25, it may match up better to the $5 chips condition.

A bunch of us who got chips during the original sale noticed that there was a weird film on the chips. I had to scrub my chips a little get it off of them.

The sec 25s are new so probably would be more off. Used 25s are much more comparable to used 5s IME and I haven’t noticed the film they’r referring to.

I’ve heard of some people getting ones that are near mint mixed in but it seems to be a lot less common than with 5s. The 5s are mostly used in similar condition to what you’ll find with the 25a though, it’s just that you’ll also likely get a bunch in really good condition (and some near mint) mixed in.

I've been lucky with the 5's. Most of the one I got was in very good condition.

Fwiw out of 500 i got 350 were slightly less worn than the 25s (but a good match), 100 had only minor flaws and look very lightly used, and 50 were dead mint.
