Hello! I'm new to Community and looking for more information on my recently inherited mini set of Landmark Chips.I don't collect but my Father (who I inherited them from) worked in several of the Casinos including the Landmark so I'd image it was more sentimental for him to have them.
I have a set of 4 - $1, $5, $25 & $100. The Blue $1 seems to be the most common one I've found in my search, the Red $5 (Bad Hot Stamp) I've found a few but they seem to vary in pricing, the Green $25 looks to be a little rarer and I've yet to find anything comparable to $100 Black/Charcoal with yellow & Blue tips.
I hope there might be someone with greater knowledge of these lovely chips from the past. Thanks to all for reading and have a blessed & lucky day!

Welcome! You're talking about chips from the Landmark Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, correct?

There's some info at the link below, along with pictures of the chips:

I wanted to say Thank you very much for the link, it was fantastic to see the few that information has seemed elusive and I've had questions about.
Greatly appreciated info! Thx again

Welcome! Awesome to see someone else from Vegas on here.

That's amazing that your dad worked in a few casinos including the Landmark was took some chips home for memories!

I've done a casino history video about the Landmark if you want to watch it below:

The chips are great! I've only seen a handful of the $25s and $100s.

Thanks! Always so great to see that 702 connection!

Thank you for the video, it is incredibly cool, tons of really great details. Very well done and a great walk into the past! Subscribed.
My Dad started his career at Landmark and went on to be the sound & stage mgr at the Trop for 40+ years. The stories....
I was hoping I'd come across some chips from his Tropicana days when I found the Landmarks but never came across any.

I've had a journey just in researching them. I've came across a few $25's but this $100 has taken me a long time (until I made this 1st post here) to see the actual matching chip and details. When I found them a few years ago I did find a knowledgeable and kind shop owner in Reno who did say the $100 wasn't a common chip to find so I knew finding details and realistic comparable wouldn't be easy as the $5 one.
It's been a fun learning journey along the way full of lots of really cool people.
