Yes, it is Sycuan $2 as people said. I got that chip from @casinochipper22.
It's hard to find them even though I'm a local to Sycuan. They no longer use this chip, so I'm very happy, and huge thanks to him.
Sorry, I left out the most important description of the chip: the green chip with yellow and brown markings.
