How hard you gonna hit these??? With a sharp die and and a light tap those chips aren’t going to stack any lousier than they already do..

FYP. ABS is hard plastic. If you're hitting them hard enough to show, it will deform the surface.

And why are we still debating dice chips, except for which shot size is best to use for target practice?

Okay, so take dice chips, mill them, drill a hole in mill area. Fill with a different color of clay. Let dry, shave down, place inlay, then under the inlay you know the secret color if someone is trying to match chips.

Just never tell anyone the secret color. Then the jig is up.

You could try and get some letter punches and stamp them into your chip. Find an odd font that someone would really have to look for. Use a hammer and ta-da.View attachment 449826

Use heat and press it into them

Putting an RFID chip in the hole would be more secure
