Live in FL and I’ve used the heated seat/grips more than I’d like to admit. Wings are like two wheel rv’s. Big time comfort. Personally, I dig Indians retractable windshield.
I have heated grips, havent used em yet. I do however love the cruise control.

I live way up north in Alberta, and ride as long as the roads don’t have snow on them. Early and late season riding is made so much better with heated grips and seat. A decent chunk of my riding happens at 15c (59f) or colder around home.

I was riding Martha daily....clocking 1000K per week.
After I switched my job I have both bikes for fun driving and take the car to work

Wow!

Well...I still have a bike...of a different nature...

2002 Honda XR400R. It's not for the faint of heart either..this bad boy has bucked me off a few times. Endless torque. Old school kickstart. No electrics to let you down deep in the woods!

Nice! I cut my teeth on dirt / dual purpose bikes growing up (Yamaha MX80, Honda XR100, Yamaha XT125), and eased back into riding on an XR250L followed by a KLR650. Finally got a street bike once my off road riding buddies lost interest and sold their bikes. I miss riding off road, but won't ride alone in the middle of nowhere, either.

Rather embarassing colour, but I had one of these when I was 16. It was my first and last bike (moped lol) that I ever owned for the road. I stuck to mx after that because it's safer lol

For a 50cc that thing was surprisingly fast and was great for riding around busy english streets.

Before I had my single R I had the below bikes from most recent to oldest. The S1000rr was hands down the best times of my life lol. I did some questionable shit on that bike. Can't find pics of my R6 and Ninja 500 on this phone.

Questionable shit lol I remember taping up my race numbers on my MX bike to do a bit of trail riding, but would have to use the road for a short period to get there.

I figured that since I was riding illegally, it would be remiss of me not to do stand up wheelies tapped in 5th gear through traffic  :ROFLMAO:

176mph at night (in Mexico of course  :whistling:). Thing wasnt even close to redline. Full throttle in third gear, front wheel would always slowly start coming up lol. That bike was monstrous. Full system exhaust, with velocity stacks and I had it ECU flashed and dyno turned. Made 196rwhp. For a 430 pounds machine, that was insane.

176mph lol that's insane. Fastest I've ever been was 155mph, but that was as a teenager in the back of my dad's xjr1300.

176 on a (Mexican) road ;) must have felt so fast.

I never had much experience on bikes, we always seemed to have quads. Wheelies were a good stress reliever after a shitty day.

I look back on it and think, man I was fuckin stupid. But since I'm alive and well I'm glad I experienced it. Things go by so fast at that speed that your brain has to work to keep up.

Awsome bikes, espec. the S1000rr....my dealer gave one for the weekens during maintenance GSA
20min later I was back (with a huge smile) and demanded another bike....I would not make it until monday with that monster.
I do want to try a recent multistrada, just to make Bertha jeluz so she doesn't start acting up.

Will send my wife in panic mode if I test it 'just for the weekend' :)

Went for a nice stroll today. Damn did it feel good to take the first ride of the year. Forgot about all this corona bullshit and enjoyed. Great to see fellow rides on the roads and hit them with the two down sign :cool

As I have gotten older my bikes have gotten slower.

New to me daily rider
2016 Ultra Limited Low (only 2,500 miles)

Solid choice, that color is probably my favourite from HOG. I owned a 2013 Ultra Limited for just over 4 years, put 82,000km (51,000 miles) on it before trading it on the Goldwing I currently ride. I loved that bike but it had a lot of electrical gremlins after I turned over 50k kilometres.

Had my bike out today for a little 750km ride, mostly in the rain.

Looks like I forgot to update the thread last year. Upgraded the '08 Versys with a '20 Versys. So far, no regrets. I love riding this bike.

Side cases are a good size as well.
