I have a bunch of those types of chips packaged for Camel Cigarettes. I think I have at least 400 or more still in the original packages. Only Gray, red, and blue. I might need to fin a new home for themThese chips:
Copag Cards
Hot as hell dealer.
Insane baller house (2m+)
Max buyin $300
Not sure of the drop but it appeared to be $1 or $2 max
Went to my first ever home game with a dealer and catering.. pretty damn sweet... too bad the host was running like god, and amassed just shy of $4000 in 4 hours at 1/2!
I ended up $130 for the night

Am I the only one who reads this and wonders if everything is on the level?
make that 4! I would be skeptical..maybe pay attention to the decks they are using.Make that 3. I was going to ask if the host was wearing glasses. Maybe ask for a deck change too.
Hated Phrases thread...Am I the only one who reads this and wonders if everything is on the level?
"Am I the only one who..."
No. You're not. Ever.
But I'd have to think that if the host was regularly taking down 80-90% of the cash, his game wouldn't last very long.
Then again, he's advertising his game to a base if 1000, not just a couple regs.
Sorry, replied too soon. Actually, those chips are an upgrade from the shitty dice chips we played with when I was there.
You would have played with my brother-in-law last night as well. He was the one spewing money, buy-in, spewing money, buy-in, repeat.
?? I think that was someone else.
Well hate to say it but I gotta put this on hold... currently on a temp separation from wife and having to afford a place to stay is not cheap.. I'm not liquidating the bankroll but I am going to be pocketing any profits I make to help offset costs.
Made myself $140 tonight though, that helps!
In all seeiousness, with the amount of studying and time I allocate to learning poker, recently 1/2 specifically, I think it's time for my poker game to step up and become my official 'part time job'.
or at least that's the current goal...
Good luck with the marriage issues -- hopefully, they can be worked out and you can triumphantly return to poker in the not-too-distant future.
-$500 session today, that fucking sucked.
