You're better off just buying a traditionally made roulette wheel instead of trying to print one.
Can you pm a link to the STL file? I’d love to print these3d printed a single table tournament starting stack holder. This thing took forever haha.

Can do when I get home, probably tomorrow. It's sized for 38 chips high. Can you pm a link to the STL file? I’d love to print these
Hopefully this works, haven't uploaded anything here before. Can you pm a link to the STL file? I’d love to print these
I recognize those chips!3d printed a single table tournament starting stack holder. This thing took forever haha.

Had to increase x and y to 1mm more to work with Apache clays, but otherwise works great!Hopefully this works, haven't uploaded anything here before.

Nice, I'd love to see a pic if it prints well.Had to increase x and y to 1mm more to work with Apache clays, but otherwise works great!
Sorry, I was talking about the 1st stl you posted. I can test out the 2nd one and will post later.Nice, I'd love to see a pic if it prints well.
Woops lol, apologies in advance if it's a waste of plastic.Sorry, I was talking about the 1st stl you posted. I can test out the 2nd one and will post later.
No waste at all. It could just be the filament I used or the printer that caused the cylinder to tighten up.Woops lol, apologies in advance if it's a waste of plastic.

yeah that majestic chip just doesnt fit, but thats probably because the size increase with apache clays. I tried CPC and BR Pro ceramics and they both sit well. CPC is snug while BRP spins and doesnt stay put in the holder, but the depth looks good.Looks great! Seems like I shoulda made the top recess a little deeper.
Looks great! My latest 3D printer project is to make some racks. One of my goals is to print some custom-sized racks that will hold my 8V china clays that are too tall for normal racks. But to start with, I decided to model a copy of the Paulson rack as closely as I could. It was a good project to learn some new 3D modeling software, and it took me longer than I expected, but I'm happy with the result. I still need to do a few tweaks to the model, but I made a rough prototype print and the results are good. Here are some pictures. Keep in mind that this print is at very low quality to make it faster. Next I'm going to do a nicer print with a smaller layer height, so all the curves will be much smoother.
The chips fit nice and snug!

nice A1! Enjoy your future successful prints!New printer, now I can actually test out my designs. CPCs are very differently sized to Paulsons, 39.7mm gave me a nice snug fit for CPCs but way too loose for Paulsons.

Oh, I am. I've already done nearly a dozen prints with no failures and all I'm using is the default profiles. Before I probably had 1/2 to 3/4 of my prints fail (mostly on the very first layer, but obnoxiously sometimes halfway through) Works like a dream so far. Loving the AMS, even for single color prints not having to switch the filament between prints myself is great.nice A1! Enjoy your future successful prints!

The textured is actually perfect. Try it and you will be amazed how clean the print is. I printed this faced down on a textured plate using an A1 and look how it turned out.One side only. The plate I got was textured so that might not be the best option, but I'll try out the curve settings. Still learning.
