I sold off everything I didn't need to help myself get to a better position financially, and these are the chips I am absolutely keeping no matter what:

Able to spread .25/.25 all the way through 1/2 and even a non-crazy 2/5 game!

I didn't get them all relabeled before my first game, and I haven't spent the time to sit and sort them out... I just find them as we're playing and sub-in labeled quarters lol

Total is a nice even 2000 chips, 1600 cash and 400 tournament.


I worked for months and went back and forth a hundred times on what the perfect breakdown for me would be... I finally came to:

300 - .25
400 - $1
400 - $5
400 - $25
100 - $100

My current game is only .25/.50 blinds and have yet to host anything bigger, so my 600ct birdcage holds:

200-$.25
200-$1
200-$5

I am looking forward to the day that we run out of Redbirds but so far we haven't really come close . I think we almost hit $800 on the table one night.
