Nice! What’re you using for racks and did you need to take out the top foam?
Just some Brybelly racks off of amazon. I didn't need to take out the top foam but I did flip it so that the flat side was facing the chips. It was definitely a tight fit but the foam molded to the chips shape so it's a perfect close now.Nice! What’re you using for racks and did you need to take out the top foam?
Damnit. Can’t resist a deal and was really curious on the 915. Ordered.Nanuk 915 in orange on Amazon for just under $50. The 915 is slightly larger than the 910 and should allow for 2 layers so a comfortable 800 chips and potentially more.

Same - I don't really need another case as I'm up to a dozen 910s but I want to see if I can do 800 chips comfortably without using Bud Jones boxes.Damnit. Can’t resist a deal and was really curious on the 915. Ordered.
Addiction, or just the next level
goodness, when did the nanuk 910 become $70?? Yikes.
Great price! What’s considered a good price for a 910? I see some on sale on B&H for $49ish
Will this not work by just removing the thick foam to snug fit 2 rows of chips w/o lids? I'm planning to buy my racksAnd the answer is YES! Thanks Amazon one day delivery! I removed all the foam and placed a very thin foam cutout on both the top and bottom of the case. I was able to successfully store 800 chips with standard racks (4 across x 2 high) and still have room for two boxed decks of cards, a dealer button, blind buttons and a card protector.
No problem closing lid (just a little pressure) & nothing moves. Good to go.

Here's mine with 400. It required cutting up the foam for 2 cube deep layer under the foam on the bottom of the case and they all fit snug.
