Paulson Le Noir. One of their fantasy chip lines that are discontinued as Paulson no longer sells to the home market. Only chance is second hand, most likely on this site.
The artwork was created by J5 as an entry in Sidepot’s Protege design contest for their BCC line of chips in 2006 or 2007. It was the runner up IIRC but was subsequently made into a Paulson home fantasy set on the pineapple mold. I am sure others can fill in the gaps here with better detail. It is one of the most visually appealing fantasy sets to me of all time.
It’s worth mentioning that if you find somebody willing to sell some, they’re not cheap. It’s tough to say for sure because $10 is an odd denomination, so you don’t see them sold often, but a fair ballpark starting point on those chips is probably something like $5 apiece.
These chips are much sought after. I'm afraid that if you do find a set for sale the average per chip price will likely be more than $5. Good luck in your search!
