I did that a couple of days ago, thanks. His are gone.
 
So sad to think I made many trips to the Grand but never pulled more than a handfull of these beauties out over time. Kick myself every time I think about it. :(
 
Anybody know the history here? I read on wikipedia that the casino was a barge that washed ashore during hurricane Katrina, and it was clogging up the area, so they blew it up?
Did they blow it up with everything (read pretty pretty chips) inside? Or was some salvage done prior to the explosion?
 
All I know is that there was water damage from Katrina to both the casino and (at least some of the) chips.
 
Technically, yes, since hurricanes are caused by aliens.

Well, I've managed to shake 20 of the $1's out of the trees, from about 10 different sellers, and I think I've exhausted the singles market for now.
So as much as I'd love a couple of racks of these beauties, I'd be thrilled to fill out a second barrel, to build a heads-up set.

They said it couldn't be done!
Well, I'm still way short of a rack or two. But I managed to put together a barrel through 11 separate transactions.
So I adjusted my goals for now, to a heads up set. A PCFer hooked me up with the $5's and $25's, so I'm one teeny barrel short on a heads-up set.
Anybody got any $1's??

Uh, also, as much as I hate to face it, I think after cleaning those reds and greens and giving them another look, I'm gonna have to go buy some oil.

Just think...it could be worse. At least you're only oiling chips!
