Yep - custom labels I cannot tell you enough good stuff about Gear. Each year we induct a player into our "Hall of Fame". Using one of our China clay chip sets, we add new labels of each enshrinee, and Gear does great work with them...

I guess my plan is to find chip colour combinations that I like. In the right quantities, then relabel them. Maybe a Walking Dead themed set....(jk, just said that cause of your user name ha). How much are labels, if you don't mind me asking. Like if I built a 500 chip set, I'd Obvi need 1000 labels lol.

For us Americans, they were 15¢ per label. I don't know if he would charge anything differently without the US-CAN conversion, but it would obv be right in this ballpark - 500 chips, 1000 custom labels, $150.

Then there's buying your friends a few drinks to come over early before a game to do the peel and stick work for you. :cautious:

Hahahaha. Thanks, .15$ a label is very reasonable. I'll hopefully make that back in my first session ;)

Also, does anybody have any experience or done up any sets with the chip tool design thing?

(As well, Is this where I should be asking all these questions lol or do I make threads for that stuff?)

Everybody has done sets with the chip design tool, including people that have never or will never get a full custom set. IF you do decide to someday get a CPC custom set, the chip design tool is a great start, but rest assured, you will need to buy a color sample set from CPC. Colors on screen and colors in real life are different.

What's CPC? Is that the company that would make them? Are they Paulson chips or like the clay ones? Or can I get whatever (sorry for all the questions)

Questions are good - that is why you're here...

CPC: Classic Poker Chips. The last surviving maker of casino-quality clay poker chips for home games. Also a site vendor, so you can find their posts and see all things new that they are making.
