I’ve got some NexGen chips that were used in an old charity poker room in Michigan called The Parrot Poker Room, which has since shut down. The chips are in pretty rough shape (especially the reds and whites). I picked the best-looking ones for the photo.

Does anyone happen to have chips in these same colors?

I’d love to buy some, or I’ve got other NexGen chips available if you’re up for a trade:

sure I can help but unfortunatly I have exclusively 8002 series chips
I can help with black and green, maybe some yellow and purple
you need to make thorough inspection to make sure what you need and what you can get rid of
I am looking for red and white
I can buy or trade

I never played there but wasn't this poker room in Oxford or somewhere in N. Oakland County. I remember some guys in our golf league played at the Parrot!

Thanks @surfik . Not your fault, but I think my post wasn’t clear enough, so that’s on me. I’m only looking for the 8000 series chips, like the ones from the Parrot Poker Room shown in the first picture. Can you help with those? I’m open to trading or selling the 8200 series chips in the bottom two photos if anyone’s interested.

I’ve never played there either. It was located in Lake Orion – https://lakeorionreview.com/parrot-poker-deals-players-charities-a-winning-hand/.

I actually got in touch with the original owner to see if he still had the artwork for the chips so I could make new labels. At first he was super responsive and willing to help, but then he just stopped responding :/

got it...don.t have any...if I will I let you know
if you ever would like to sell or trade 8002 chips let me know

If the above deal doesn't work out, or if you need more, let me know. I have a large set that includes white/blue/red/yellow and could spare some depending how desired qty.

We also have a NexGen fan club...there's literally 10s of us! (okay maybe just like 10 of us total). https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/nexgen-fan-club.128412/
Thanks, man—I really appreciate it! Unfortunately the deal fell through.

I love the NexGen fan club. I actually posted there on page 3.

A league I play in uses these chips (minus the inlays). I've put a fair amount of energy into finding more, and I managed to get a couple racks of the yellow/gray type, but I've had no luck with other colors. My eBay alert hasn't turned up meaningful results in a while. Even the 6-chip sample set I saw come up a few days ago is already sold.

They're just a tough one to find, unfortunately, and the handful of people who have them don't seem to want to give them up.
