Pikaho’s profile says he’s from Rosemead, which isn’t far from Monterey Park. It’s highly unlikely that 2 people that geographically close to each other share the same screen name/email address. I’d bet money that they’re the same person

I’m wondering if the ip is not the same as before, or same geolocation and possibly been taken over by a spammer / other malicious type based on the type of replies and bumping mega old threads.
Given the use of VPN's these days, IP address checking doesn't provide much information anymore. I'm sitting at home typing this,but my IP address is in Palo Alto, CA.

Well, satisfactory news coming in. My CC company has given me credit for the full amount. They said they reserve the right to charge it back pending further results in the investigation (by PayPal), but for now it looks like I've got my money back at least. Something tells me Mr. Ho will not likely cooperate with the PayPal investigation, so I should be in the clear. Besides, I've still got proof of contract from offerup.

Although I do want to let everybody know that (in addition to the PCA set) this guy also has for sale a large set of coin-inlay chips that he might try to hock here. Tread carefully, especially with any new accounts.

It wouldn't bother me so much except that it feel like the Sword of Damocles is hovering over my head. I'm hopeful that my CC won't recharge me even if PayPal investigation goes negative. And now this guy is buying raffle tickets with the money I sent him.

If there’s been some evidence published and I missed it, feel free to tell me to shut the hell up. But I don’t think we can demand bans because one member claims another member scammed him on Craigslist.
No offense to allinforcharity - I don’t meant to imply any doubt at all. I’m just saying it’s got to take more than a accusation, to get somebody banned.
