SB 25k is only $440 a barrel
Seriously though, the arc yellow fracs are amazing, congratulations!

I was already sweating when I opened PayPal to buy the one barrel of snappers at $5/chip.That's only 5x European PCF games!
Would the new frac and 43mm ever be on the table at the same time? they would clash pretty bad IMO. But then if the 43mm's would only ever be in play with the lowest denom being the silver sevens, then all may be fine?I'm definitely with you on stack sizes and that uniformity is important.
The jack cincy snappers are bought as used and I'm already shuffling them on my desk to remove the last bit of discrepancy.
I can take pictures of stack sizes later.
The espt will be of better condition though, which could be a problem...
I'm still open to other suggestions but I think there should be some bright green in the set... If I just go for the blaze 43mm value Chip right after the snapper, there might be too much yellow/orange...

They would be in a 30ct/50ct game which is the max for this set, but I could also go for 50ct/50ct to avoid the problem.Would the new frac and 43mm ever be on the table at the same time? they would clash pretty bad IMO. Sounds like you need those BTP 25ks thenBut I think if I'm building a fantasy color set, I want each and every denom to shine with the rest of the set.
Glad to hear you're taking care of the problem by shuffling those nice Jack snappers!I'm definitely with you on stack sizes and that uniformity is important.

Flattening the cincy snappers helped a lot as well.Glad to hear you're taking care of the problem by shuffling those nice Jack snappers!
And I agree, a nice bright green chip would be nice in that lineup, but I think you would need to invest in a rock tumbler to get a full rack (or close to it) of those ESPT chips comparable in shape to the other denoms in the set. Or invest in hundreds of hours of shuffling I guess, considering they are super minty. Personally I would try to look elsewhere instead, maybe consider doing a black/gray/yellow instead of the green, or look for another green chip that is already in similar condition.
This project is coming along great, by the way! I do love those Silver sevens by the way. Been considering using them for a relabel set myself, as they are super underrated around here IMO.

Also: I can cherry pick a little among the sam's town. I've got 24 too many so I can root out the worst ones. This is a random barrel.
Time for an update.
I received the sterling cruise lines and jack cincy chips and one of them fits perfectly into the set.

I love the jack cincy snapper in combination with everything else, but the sterling cruise lines (while a a great chip) feels too dark and serious for such a fun and bright set.

These are fantastic chips and stack like bricks, but I think my search for the denom between the sams town and the cincy snapper is not over yet.
So I asked my confidante @ImCrossland for advice and he came up with the ESPT 25:

These would be a perfect fit in terms of edgespotprogression and they feel as bright and vibrant as the rest of the higher denoms.
So if I can swing it, I'd love to get 60-80 of these for my set. Any help is appreciated and here's the wanted thread you can refer your friends with loads of boat chips to:
https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/espt-25-1-4-barrels.82705/
I'll keep you guys posted if happen to track some down.
Yes, this was taken right out of the box, flattening came later. Those bad boys were pretty warped and I had to put them in the oven several times.Thats not bad at all!
I was refrencing the pics in this earlier post with my original comment:
Flattening must have helped, and it might just have been the photo angle or something that made it look a lot more like a problem from these pictures.

I highly recommend starting that journey.Really enjoying reading through your journey on these. I started down that mental path with my own set but I'm not sure I could convince myself to do all the work yet.
The bull doesn't have to be that bad-looking.I highly recommend starting that journey.
It's a fun and satisfying process and the work required isn't as much if you spread it out over several months.
I got fair prices on most of these chips from other great chippers who can appreciate a passion project.
@casinochipper22, @ReallyGoodUsername & @ anstossfreak were essential in giving me good deals on the chips to make the set happen.
@arch3r has been reshipping my chips for more than a year now.
And @Thomacetti is on the process of milling the sam's town as a favor to me.
Awesome people on this site make it all possible.
Update time!
Concerning chip lables:
I'm working with an off forum artist on the Bullenrunde Artwork . We're not quite there yet but first drafts look promising...

He's got your eyes though @OfficerLovejoyYou don't look that bad in real life anyway
Yeah those dirty stacks are going through a major revision at the moment.
I haven't seen this last updateTime for an update!
I've been trying to find some ESPT 25s for that perfect edgespot progression, but had no luck locating those elusive boat chips.
@casinochipper22 suggested the venetian $2 as a possible alternative because those are readily available and wouldn't break the bank as much.
That chip looks pretty cool and I'm a sucker for pink and blue, so I have one incoming to try it out in the set.
Looks nice in the mockup tool but I'm not convinced the edgespot progression works.

But it got me thinking - what other green chips might work with the set. Completely by accident stumbled across the Huntington park $2 in an old sales thread.
I love love love that chip and located 3 barrels the same day.
These are on their way to me right now and I hope they work as nicely in the set as I expect them to.

I thought about doing this but you're right, the edgespot progression seems backwards to me.I haven't seen this last update
It's a fantastic set, congratulations!!!
I'll change the light blue for the green, for the edge progression and more contrast color between chips, although I understand you may prefer complex edge for the more valuable chips.
Good job!
You underestimate my shuffling prowess.Dibs on the Jacks! They don't fit your set condition-wise anyway.

These are excellent, thanks for sharingI provided some photos of myself to explain to him the vibe of the expressions / poses I was going for
