I'm trying to catch the orders as they're put up. I THINK I'm caught up. If there was an order or a change to an order that I missed please send me a PM so I can correct it. I encourage everyone to look at the spreadsheet to check their orders. I've tried to make the sheet as user friendly as possible. I know it's large and takes some scrolling though.

I know everyone involved appreciates the support, this has become way larger than I ever anticipated lol.
 
As we've had quite a few large orders in the last week, I'm sure you guys have noticed the shipping cost changes. The shipping goes up proportionally to the weight of the total number of chips, but as was told me by the manufacturer there are certain break points in the cost. One of those was going over 20k chips which raised the shipping from $550 to over $800 so that raised the total cost per chip by 1 cent. Now that we've neared the 25k chip threshold I've had to input the cost for that many chips which raises the total shipping cost to $962.50. This doesn't affect the per chip cost at all simply because of the fact that I have to round up the fractions of a penny otherwise I'm paying for a couple hundred dollars out of my own pocket for shipping.

For total transparency I want everyone to know that any extra collected from the shipping over and above what the company charges will to towards giving away sample sets through PCF as well as something else we have planned that we can't divulge for the moment. I just don't want anyone to think I'm pocketing the extra 100 bucks or so that will likely end up being collected from shipping cost, that's not how I operate.

All that being said. We have pretty well settled in at $0.23 per chip, just because of the continued rise in costs for shipping it likely won't go above or below that point from here forward. It would take another 7000 chips ordered to lower it to 22 cents but at that point I'd be looking at the 30k+ shipping rate, so it wouldn't likely impact the cost per chip.

If anyone has any questions involving this please don't hesitate to ask. I'm just trying to be as transparent as possible to try and alleviate anyones concerns about what their money is going towards.
