Mr. Links_Slayer is supporting an American university that presumably publishes its research like most universities.

I also support a local cancer research centre in Canada that shares its findings with others.

The medical community has definitely made progress compared to 10, 25, 100 years ago.

I agree with you that one should choose charities carefully, and try to lead a healthy life with respect to nutrition and exercise. However all of the above moves to the abstract when you hear those three words from your doctor.

So if OP is supporting the cause and makes it easy and fun to join him, I am all for it.

I wasn't planning on doing a charity raffle this year but here we go. Getting it out of the way early since summer and fall are shaping up to be super busy.

I'm raffling off a 300 600 (!!) chip set of the recently announced "PCF Promo" tourney sets. Huge shout out to Psypher1000 for doubling the set to 600 chips! The set consists of:

160 x T25
160 x T100
80 x T500
140 x T1000
60 x T5000

And should support a 2-table T10,000 tourney w/ starting stacks of 8-8-4-7, plus T5ks for color-ups or re-buys or whatever.

I didn't hear anything: Or actually I did, Oh well the cats out of the bag! I say good luck to me and you! Not sure I need another tourney set although I would still want the chips. I already have two tourney sets and probably host 1 tourney per year!
