Dammit, dammit, dammit, dammit, dammit.

Dammit.

Seller completely ignored my packing instructions. Lots of color transfer from the blues. I'll follow up with more info later but for now:

Breakdown:

163 x white
114 x blue
96 x yellow
73 x red

plus one broken yellow and a shit-ton of color transfer. Will try to clean them.

Boooooo. (n) This has happened to me. I dread the sinking feeling of picking up a package and hearing chips rattling inside.. :(

If it's a Paypal purchase, perhaps it's possible to make a claim for damage.

Hopefully not too damaged. Perhaps color transfer will clean off?

Bummer though.

I’m guessing most of these miraculous chip finds are stuff that was listed for sale locally, like Craigslist or Facebook marketplace or whatever. My take is that when you’re dealing with somebody who wanted to sell locally, and you convince them to ship, you’ve got to expect stuff like this.
Hopefully the damage is minimal.

Good grief!

The shipper gets partial credit for using a lot of tape and getting your address right. Must have been asleep during the lessons on immobilizing chips and using adequate padding. Final grade: C-.
