Just another long gone set. Only the photo and one of each chip remain…. They are out there somewhere.

I've never been one to buy chips as trade bait, (not that I haven't before), I have only really been buying chips in my focus, I've gotten many chips that I had to take that came with what I wanted, we all know that routine!!! I've become very patient knowing if the chips are meant to be in my set they'll get there! It stopped bothering me that there's quite a few chips out there being held as trade bait with the look being things I'll never have and don't even go in the holders sets, just holding....
Oh well, I have in the last couple years decided what stays, what goes, and have settled on my core sets and a few projects that will probably take the rest of my days (that's the fun part!! hence this thread!). We all chip differently and in a perfect world the quantity sets out there that are being put together chip by chip you'd think could be united by community. Singles......Sets...... whatever! Chip on and love what ya got!
I see that some sets out here are destined to be un or barely playable in many locations and will remain that way forever and that's cool at least we own some history! Ive seen some getting into sets at this late time that without a doubt will always be un playable due to availability of the chips and the current cost situation.
Maybe one day the consolidation may begin and 2 people with 1/2 playable sets will figure out a way to help each other out.
