Could someone remind me of the history of those? Are these fantasy chips? I'd always assume that because of the missing Location/Casino name.

Just as an FYI @HoofHeartedInHere, I believe that this was the last auction of note on PCF for PDCs:

They were made for some convention in Canada. And have never been used in a casino.
